What are the dates and itinerary for the Browns Fan Cruise 2025?

Airport: Ft. Lauderdale International Airport

Arriving Flights – Flights should arrive at FLL prior to 1:00 pm on March 3, 2025; all onboard before 3:00 pm.

Departing Flights – schedule return flights on March 7, 2025, after 12:00 pm noon (ET).

How many Alumni are taking part?

The Cleveland Browns Alumni will be posted on the website (subject to change). 

Can I interact with the Alumni while on board my fan cruise?

We will have scheduled events throughout the cruise where you can interact and meet the Alumni. Undoubtedly, you will see the Alumni on and off the ship throughout the day. We ask you to respect them and allow them their privacy.

Can I bring my own Browns items to get autographed?

Due to the limited amount of time scheduled for the autograph session(s) we ask that fans present one (1) item for an autograph.  Alumni pictures will be available during the autograph session to use in place of a private item.

Can I take pictures and videos of the Alumni?

There will be several opportunities to have pictures taken with the Alumni during the cruise.  However, we ask that guests refrain from taking photos and videos when the Alumni are involved in group sessions and private conversations.

Will I receive a schedule of performances and activities?

We will use an event app dedicated to the Browns Fan Cruise 2025. All Fans will receive an invitation to join and participate in communicating with each other and detailed agenda/itinerary notifications.

What’s the difference between the event app Whova and the cruise line app?

The event app is specific to the Browns Fan Cruise 2025 event and provides updates to the events and activities as well as information specific to your Fan Experience. The Royal Caribbean app is used for check-in and to personalize your cruise experience. You can scan your passport, take a security photo, submit a request for a specific arrival time, and answer the health questions for faster boarding. Both apps will need to be downloaded separately.

Am I guaranteed to see all Fan Cruise events?

The Fan Experience is unique and includes VIP alumni and fan interaction events. When needed, the events will be repeated to be sure everyone enjoys the experience.

Are there payment plan options?

Every Browns fan can afford this once in a lifetime experience. Choose between making a full payment at booking creation, or by using our convenient monthly installment payments (payment plan details vary and will be displayed on the checkout page). 

We are excited to introduce Flex Pay to your options for payment of the Browns Fan Cruise. The Flex Pay calculator is displayed when the category/stateroom is selected.

Where do I purchase Trip Protection?

Seaside Events strongly recommends you purchase travel protection to cover your Browns Fan Cruise experience in the event you must cancel. Seaside Events has partnered with Travel Insured to offer you their comprehensive travel insurance plans. The policy provides high quality coverage and superior customer care for our Browns Fan Cruise guests. The insurance plan is available for purchase through Book Now.

When can I access my Royal Caribbean booking number?

The Browns Fan Cruise is a unique contracted group with Royal Caribbean International. When booking your Fan Cruise reservation, you will receive a booking reference number specific to the Browns Fan Cruise. Royal Caribbean International will generate a folio/reservation number approximately 90 days before departure and at that time, you can download the Royal Caribbean app to personalize your cruise experience and complete your online check in. Until that time, please refrain from contacting Royal Caribbean guest reservations, as they will not have access to your reservation. I am traveling with an infant/toddler. Do I still need to pay the total price for them?

Yes, according to the guidelines issued by Royal Caribbean, all passengers, regardless of age, must pay for participation.

Is there an age requirement?

Passengers under 21 must travel in the same stateroom with a guest 25 or older (before departure).

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event Guest cancels their Browns Fan Cruise for any reason, previously submitted Guest payments will be refunded based on the cancelation schedule outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

  • If Browns Fan Cruise Reservation is cancelled by Guest within 5 Days of booking creation, and prior to December 31, 2024, Guest will receive a 100% refund of amounts paid. All cruise reservations booked and paid after December 31, 2024, will be considered non-refundable in accordance with cruise industry standard practice.

     

  • If Guest cancels their Browns Fan Cruise Reservation between April 01, 2024, and June 30th, 2024, Guest will receive a 75% refund of amounts paid.

     

  • If Guest cancels their Browns Fan Cruise Reservation between July 01, 2024, and August 31st, 2024, Guest will receive a 50% refund of amounts paid.

     

  • If Guest cancels their Browns Fan Cruise Reservation between September 01, 2024, and October 31st, 2024, Guest will receive a 25% refund of amounts paid within.

     

  • If Guest cancels their Browns Fan Cruise Reservation on or after November 1st, 2024, all amounts paid to date are Non-Refundable.

Travel Documentation & Regulations

Will I need a passport?

valid passport (not expiring within 6 months of return) is highly recommended for ALL guests, regardless of age.  *Note: Passport cards, Real IDs, or any other form of documentation other than what is listed above may not be used. What documentation is needed when traveling with children, not my own?

When traveling with children other than your own, you must present a notarized letter signed by the child’s parents granting guardianship and permission for their child to travel out of the country with you. The same applies if you share custody of the child/children – the parent, not traveling, must provide a notarized letter granting permission for the traveling parent to take the child/children out of the country. The letter can be downloaded here.

Will this cruise count towards Crown & Anchor membership?

Your loyalty number should be entered during the pre-boarding registration on the Royal Caribbean app.

What is the dress code throughout the cruise?

There will be 1 formal evening suggested attire is “Casual Chic.” The remaining nights will be Cruise Casual. No shorts or bathing suits are permitted in the dining room after 5 pm. We will coordinate special theme nights, and details for attire will be communicated to the guests. Visit Royal Caribbean FAQ for further details.

What is Perfect Day at CocoCay?

Perfect Day at CocoCay is a private destination exclusively for Royal Caribbean guests, located in The Bahamas. You will find endless ways to chill out and enjoy beautiful beaches and pristine water, plus thrilling experiences like the incredible Thrill Water Park, zip line, and every water sport you can imagine.

How can I request accessible accommodation?

Limited inventory of wheelchair accessible staterooms is not publicly offered, as they are held specifically for Fans with disabilities. To request an accessible stateroom, Royal Caribbean requires the guests to acknowledge the need for the ADA stateroom by completing a Guest Special Needs form. If you or someone in your stateroom require accommodations, please complete, and email the Accessibility Form to cruisesupport@seasideevents.net. We will contact you with the options for ADA staterooms based on your needs. *Note: Although you are not required to provide information about the extent of your disability, the more information we have the better we can accommodate your specific need.

Is there accessible seating available throughout the ship?

The Seating Assistance for Entry (SAFE) is a seating assignment program in the main theater, predominantly for guests with mobility issues, such as those who use wheelchairs or using a scooter. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/experience/accessible-cruising

Are there wheelchairs or scooters on the Liberty of the Seas for daily use?

Royal Caribbean offers wheelchair assistance for boarding and disembarkation only. If there is a need for full-time use, bring or rent the equipment needed. For further information, call, or text Team Services at 216-255-5585.

Will Royal Caribbean accommodate guests with medical or dietary requirements?

Royal Caribbean makes every effort to accommodate requirements whenever possible. Vegetarian meals are available on all menus in the Dining Room and Windjammer Cafe daily. Food allergies, gluten-free, kosher, low-fat, low-sodium, lactose-free/soy milk, ensure, and kosher meals are available at no extra charge; however, you must advise the SeaSide Events Team by sending an email to cruisesupport@seasideevents.net via text (216) 616-5086 or call (216) 255-5585 no later than December 1, 2024. Royal Caribbean has a limited supply of extension cords, Sharps containers and distilled water to assist guests with medical needs. Is there licensed medical staff onboard?

Yes, each ship has a fully licensed doctor and nurses onboard. In addition, the onboard medical facilities are staffed and have equipment established by the American College of Emergency Physicians Cruise Ship & Maritime Medicine Section. Services received from the medical team will incur charges to your shipboard account. They do not accept medical insurance onboard as payment; however, you should file a claim with the travel protection insurance carrier.

What are the restrictions surrounding pregnancy?

Royal Caribbean cannot accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant during the cruise. The onboard medical facility is not equipped with an Obstetrician/Gynecologist onboard, or equipment needed for prenatal care.

What are the guest Terms and Conditions?

SeaSide Events/Browns Fan Cruise Terms and Conditions need to be accepted at the time of reservation and are not affiliated with the cruise line terms and conditions.

Your Royal Caribbean Cruise Ticket Contract/Booking Conditions and the Global Purchase Terms and Conditions contain important limitations on the legal rights and obligations of passengers, as well as conditions, limitations, and exclusions that may apply to you.
